The facilitators did a really great job of making us all feel safe and this enabled us to be vulnerable and allow lots of walls to come down. They knew how to guide us through ceremony and they knew how to love us as we were. All the facilitators were very skilled in human psychology and therapy, this allowed us to debrief on some days, and allowed us to understand thoughts, feelings and emotions that came to us.
